Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Factory Head Stores to manage and oversee all store

operations at our beverage manufacturing facility in Dahanu.

The role will be responsible for managing inward and outward material movement, inventory control, stock

accuracy, raw materials, spare parts, construction materials, and overall store operations. The candidate must

possess strong expertise in Tally ERP 9, inventory management systems, stock reconciliation, and physical store

administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate

inventory records while maintaining efficient store processes.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management

• Oversee complete store operations within the manufacturing facility.

• Manage inward and outward movement of materials.

• Ensure timely receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

• Maintain proper storage practices and material identification systems.

• Ensure smooth coordination between stores, production, purchase, accounts, and management teams.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records of:

- Raw Materials
- Packaging Materials
- Spare Parts
- Engineering Consumables
- Construction Materials
- Finished Goods (where applicable)

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of critical materials.

• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.

• Ensure proper stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.





• Minimize inventory discrepancies, losses, shortages, and wastage.

Tally ERP 9 & Documentation

• Maintain all inventory transactions in Tally ERP 9.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of inward and outward material transactions.

• Generate inventory reports, stock statements, consumption reports, and reconciliation reports.

• Maintain proper documentation for GRNs, issue slips, stock transfers, and material receipts.

• Support audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.

Physical Store Management

• Maintain organized, clean, and systematic store facilities.

• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, segregation, and storage of materials.

• Monitor shelf life and material condition where applicable.

• Implement store controls and inventory management best practices.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Track stock movement, slow-moving inventory, non-moving inventory, and shortages.

• Coordinate with management regarding inventory planning and procurement requirements.

• Support internal audits, external audits,



and inventory inspections.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Robust expertise in Tally ERP 9.

• Excellent inventory and stock management knowledge.

• Experience handling raw materials, spare parts, and factory stores.

• Strong reconciliation and record-keeping skills.

• Good understanding of inward and outward logistics processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple material categories simultaneously.

• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in factory stores, inventory management, warehouse operations, or store

administration.

• Experience in Beverage, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Chemical, or related industries preferred.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9.

• Experience managing large inventories and multiple material categories.
