Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
- Counsel prospective customers and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Follow up with fresh, warm, and existing leads to maximise conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates.
- Upsell relevant programmes and workshops whenever applicable.

- Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in lead conversion and customer counselling.
- Positive knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
