Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the Power Transmission business vertical with complete P&L; responsibility.
- Drive Business Development, Sales, and Revenue Growth for Transmission Consultancy/PMC services.
- Manage Tendering, Bid Management, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with State Utilities, Power Sector clients, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage multilateral-funded projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, KfW, AfDB, etc.) where applicable.

Preferred Candidate

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.




- 15+ years of experience in the Power Transmission sector.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Tendering, and P&L; Management.
- Strong exposure to Transmission Consultancy, PMC, EPC, Transmission Lines, and Substation projects.
- Experience working with State Utilities, Power Grid, or other power sector clients.
- Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Exposure to multilateral-funded projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, KfW, AfDB) will be an added advantage.
