- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including reservations, ticketing, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Support personal and household administration, coordinating effectively with family members, household staff, and service providers.
- Assist in managing financial documentation and correspondence with banks, investment managers, auditors, tax advisors, and other skilled service providers.
- Handle highly confidential personal, family,



and business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive, leadership team, external stakeholders, vendors, and household personnel.
- Prepare and maintain records, documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Track action items, commitments, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Coordinate special projects, events, and personal engagements as assigned.
