Key Responsibilities

- Build dashboards and reports tracking key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and provide insights
- Support HR leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and improve HR data quality and reporting processes
- Collaborate with HRBPs to translate data into actionable strategies

Required Skills

- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Understanding of core HR metrics and workforce planning
- Valuable communication skills to present data to stakeholders
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred

Good to Have

- Experience with HRMS reporting modules
- Exposure to predictive analytics for attrition
- MBA in HR/Analytics
