Talent Sourcing Specialist | Consulting, SAP & Salesforce Hiring | Mumbai

Job Description

We are hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 6-month contract role based in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sourcing talent across Consulting, Non-IT, and Techno-Functional domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, SAP, Salesforce, Data Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Marcom roles.
- Utilize Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Talent Mapping, and Market Research techniques.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Maintain candidate records in Workday ATS or similar platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Consulting and Techno-Functional roles.
- Exposure to hiring across IT, Retail,



High-Tech, Software & Platforms, Automotive, Industrial, Communications & Media sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Big 4 / MBB hiring exposure is an advantage.
- MBA, BE, B.Tech, or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Employment Details

- Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Salary: Up to 40,000 per month
- Duration: 6 Months Contract
