Role Overview

As a Freelance Business Development Associate, you will work independently to identify patients requiring financial assistance for medical treatments. This field-based role involves visiting hospitals, connecting with patients and their families, explaining the concept of medical crowdfunding, and assisting them in creating fundraising campaigns on the ImpactGuru platform.

This is a performance-driven freelance opportunity offering unlimited earning potential based on successful campaign creation and activation.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions to identify patients requiring financial support.
- Meet patients, caregivers, relatives, and attendants to understand their financial requirements.
- Educate patients and families about the advantages and process of medical crowdfunding through ImpactGuru.
- Build trust by addressing patient concerns and guiding them throughout the fundraising journey.
- Assist patients in collecting and submitting the required documents for campaign creation.
- Coordinate with the ImpactGuru Operations Team to ensure smooth campaign onboarding.




- Build relationships with doctors, hospital staff, NGOs, social workers, and patient support groups for referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and campaign progress.
- Ensure ethical conduct and compliance while interacting with patients and hospitals.
- Achieve monthly campaign creation and activation targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduation is preferred.
- Prior experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Insurance, NGOs, Crowdfunding, or Pharmaceutical Sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and passionate about helping people.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity is mandatory.
