- Acquire current CASA customers through field sales and market sourcing.
- Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and customer meetings.
- Source accounts through referrals, local businesses, corporates, and walk-in customers.
- Complete KYC documentation and ensure smooth account opening.
- Activate accounts by encouraging transactions and funding.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Cross-sell products such as:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Recurring Deposits (RD)
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Insurance
- Investment products
