Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end execution of retail and airport construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

* Manage large-scale CAPEX projects with an annual execution value of 100+ crore.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

* Oversee project planning, budgeting, cost control, quality, and safety compliance.

* Drive retail store rollouts, fit-outs, and project execution across multiple locations.

* Lead cross-functional teams comprising designers, project coordinators, and techno-commercial professionals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and business partners.

* Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges,



and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* 1820+ years of experience in project management, construction, or retail infrastructure.

* Proven experience managing retail and airport/travel retail projects.

* Experience delivering projects worth 100+ crore annually.

* Solid expertise in project execution, MEP coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management tools.

* PMP or other Project Management certification is preferred.

* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
