Senior Compiler & Agentic Framework Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Compiler & Agentic Framework Engineer to turn raw model outputs into an enterprise-ready code generation machine. Your job begins where the training ends: you will construct the sandboxed validation environments that test the LLM's generated software across multiple tech stacks (Java, Node.js, .NET, COBOL, Bash). You will also implement grammar constraints to guarantee that the model outputs structured, executable code blocks.

Core Responsibilities:

* Build Dockerized, isolated execution environments, compilers, and unit-test harnesses to evaluate the accuracy of the generated code in real time.

* Implement Grammar-Based Decoding and logit steering (using frameworks like Outlines or Guidance) to force the 26B model to strictly adhere to parseable syntax structures and system configurations.





* Integrate the local 26B standalone models with open-source agentic developer frameworks like Aider or custom internal IDE extensions.

* Design robust testing matrices to evaluate the model's multi-file repository understanding and system-level script cohesion.

Required Technical Skills:

* Polyglot Programming: Idiomatic, senior-level understanding of at least three core paradigms: OOP (Java/.NET), Scripting (Python/TypeScript/Bash), or Procedural (COBOL/C).

* Familiarity with ASTs (Abstract Syntax Trees), Tree-Sitter, headless compilation pipelines, and containerized runtime sandboxing.

* Inference Optimization: Experience with high-performance inference servers like vLLM, Triton Inference Server, or llama.cpp using GQA and FlashAttention.
