We're looking for an exceptional Applied Data Scientist to help build intelligent credit risk and lending solutions powered by Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

You'll work on next-generation credit decision engines, risk scorecards, fraud detection, portfolio analytics, and AI-powered lending platforms used at enterprise scale. If you're passionate about solving complex financial problems using data, statistics, and AI, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Build production-grade Credit Risk, Behavioral, and Portfolio Risk Models.
- Develop Application Scorecards and Decision Engines.
- Design Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Expected Credit Loss (ECL), and IFRS9 models.
- Apply Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling to solve real-world lending challenges.
- Build scalable feature engineering and data pipelines.
- Develop explainable AI models with high business impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI-powered financial solutions.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
