The Head HR Generalist is responsible for leading the entire HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, training & development, workforce planning, and HR operations.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, project management, and site-based positions.
- Develop manpower planning strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA / MPM / MSW - HR

Experience

- 14-20 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure
