About the Opportunity:

We are hiring an Accountant for a fast-growing clean energy technology company that is driving innovation in renewable energy and sustainable power solutions. The organization specializes in advanced energy storage and power management technologies and is expanding rapidly in both the Indian and global markets.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head of Accounts in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Raise customer sales invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Process vendor invoices, payments and bank entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and banking transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closure.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain fixed asset register and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors,



bankers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation.

Desired Skills:

- 2-7 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and banking operations.
- Experience in raising sales invoices and managing receivables.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics or similar) and MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy or industrial company will be preferred.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or automation initiatives will be an added advantage.
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- Candidates should have valuable communication skills.
- This role requires regular office presence; candidates should be comfortable commuting to Hiranandani Estate, Thane.
