Role & responsibilities

Our client is looking for National Head - Bancassurance for Emerging Branch Banking & KPI as mentioned below:

- Distribution Enhancement, Improve Market Share, FLS productivity, Activation
Drive distribution expansion and productivity across assigned Bank branches by deepening life insurance penetration, improving branch activation and identifying white spaces within the network. Diagnose branch level bottlenecks and deploy focused interventions to improve throughput and cost efficiency.
- Sales Strategy Execution, Improve Business Quality, Reduce Customer Complaints
Translate the bancassurance sales strategy into branch level execution plans to deliver sustained revenue growth and profitability. Closely track and improve business quality metrics including persistency, control business leakage, product mix and value enhancement, reduction of customer complaints & ensuring compliance with partner and regulatory guidelines.
- Bank Partner Relationship Management
Own and deepen senior level relationships with Bank channel leadership. Ensure high engagement and advocacy for the life insurance partnership through regular reviews,



joint planning and issue resolution, resulting in stronger mindshare, loyalty and longterm partnership stability.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
Continuously track market trends, competitor positioning and bancassurance best practices within similar bank partnerships. Provide structured, actionable insights to department leadership to refine product focus, campaigns and branch engagement models for Bank.
- Field Team Leadership & Capability Building, Employee Retention
Lead and manage the field sales teams deployed across Bank branches, ensuring consistent coverage, discipline and execution excellence. Review performance dashboards and key sales metrics to drive target achievement. Enable development mechanisms for team members on identified key competencies to build a high performing, high vintage & learningoriented field force, control FLL & FLS attrition.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be Post Graduate with 20+ years experience in Life Insurance domain managing Bancassurance Channel
