Job Description eCommerce Operations Associate (Trainee)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Perform internet research across eCommerce and retailer websites

• Support product matching and data validation activities

• Update and maintain product information as per client requirements

• Check product details, pricing and category information for accuracy

• Work on MS Excel for reporting and data management tasks

• Assist in competitor and marketplace research activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic data-related issues

• Follow quality guidelines and complete tasks within timelines

• Learn and understand marketplace operations across global regions

• Identify errors in data and report them to the concerned teams

• Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to learn and analytical thinking

Key Skills:
