Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Controls Engineer with strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, motion control, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have experience developing automation software for special-purpose machines, material handling systems, or industrial automation projects. This role is focused on PLC software development and commissioning, not plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC software using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Design and develop HMI applications using WinCC.
- Develop automation logic for recent machines and industrial systems.
- Configure and integrate VFDs, Servo Drives, Remote I/O, and industrial communication networks.
- Perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Integrate third-party devices using industrial communication protocols.
- Optimize PLC programs for performance and maintainability.
- Prepare technical documentation including I/O lists, functional descriptions, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams during development and commissioning.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLCs.




- Excellent knowledge of TIA Portal.
- Experience with WinCC HMI development.
- Strong PLC programming using:
- Ladder Logic (LAD)
- Function Block Diagram (FBD)
- Structured Control Language (SCL/ST)

- Experience with industrial communication protocols:

- Profinet
- Profibus
- Modbus TCP/RTU
- Ethernet/IP (preferred)

- Hands-on experience with Servo Drives, VFDs, Motion Control, and Encoder integration.
- Experience in commissioning industrial automation systems.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
