Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and commission StremeTech software and AV/IT solutions.
- Configure Windows PCs, Android players, displays, video walls and network devices.
- Perform software installation, licensing, updates, testing and customer handover.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, HDMI/DisplayPort, EDID, resolution and connectivity issues.
- Provide in office and remote technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
- Prepare installation, commissioning, service and issue reports.
- Support preventive maintenance, AMC visits, upgrades and system migrations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following may apply:

- Desktop or IT Support
- Field Engineering
- Network Support
- Software Implementation
- Software Test Engineer
- AV System Integration
- Digital Signage or Video Walls




- Technical Customer Support

Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, PowerShell, Android devices, LED walls, Microsoft 365, AV-over-IP or IP cameras will be an added advantage.
