We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist with experience in volume/BPO hiring to manage high-volume hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of recruitment processes and be able to handle large-scale hiring projects.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO clients.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience in volume/BPO hiring with a strong track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Experience working with BPO clients is an added advantage.
