Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide desktop support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using various tools such as Outlook configuration management software.
- Manage VIP (Very Key Person) requests for urgent IT-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients and basic knowledge of printer support.
