Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality systems and standards - manufacturing, supplier, vendor, design center, Support functions at organizational level.
- Leading Corporate Audits as per ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) QMS, EMS, OHSAS and Crompton systems and standards for all manufacturing plants, suppliers, vendors, design center
- Lead Quality Circle, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives at CGCEL level including manufacturing plants, supplier and FG vendors.
- Monitoring and tracking of KPIs/ Metrics at corporate level for effectiveness and improvement of systems and processes across organization
- Lead Training Process - Manage and track external agency, third party, internal training agencies, identify training needs, develop training plan and execute the trainings for employees, suppliers, vendors
- Customer Feedback closure - Lead Quality customer feedback closure process along with Product line quality and service teams considering customer focus
- Conduct trainings related to quality tools, systems, processes, systems, six sigma, lean, QC story
- Lead internal and external QC story, Kaizen competitions, rewards and recognitions at organization level.
- Drive PPR (Complaints) and COPQ improvement six sigma, lean projects with business team.
- Liasoning with external agencies for audits, trainings, etc (CII, QCFI, FICCI etc.)
- Drive Digitization projects related to - Trainings, audits, QC Story, Field feedback etc.
- Travel to plants, suppliers,



vendors for trainings, projects monitoring and support.
- Drive process improvement projects with plant, supplier, vendors - PFMEA, control plan, PFD, PPAP.
- Monitor and report management with weekly MIS, monthly KPI data, analysis to drive actions and improvements
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
- Conduct and lead monthly, quarterly management reviews for plants, corporate

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ auto engineering
- Lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (preference of automotive, IATF)
- Six Sigma Black or Green belt certification
- Extensive knowledge of problem-solving techniques - Kaizen, Quality Tools, 5S, Safety, 8D, Process audits, product audits, Poka-Yoke, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, Lean
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using software such as Minitab, Excel, power point presentation
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Control plan, P FMEA, WI, Six sigma, Shainin, LPC, Process audits , Product audits, PDI. In coming inspection, In process inspection
