Role & responsibilities:

Visits & Cold Calls:

1. Visit Sites and prepare a visit report with maps with surrounding infra, amenities and competition
2. Soil Testing, Site Survey, Other ancillary site visit coordination
3. Make Cold calls and visits for market intelligence update on competition

Tracker & Documentation:

1. Preliminary level input of information in feasibilities to be reviewed by Manager
2. Update Trackers
3. Daily update on news feeds, tenders,
4. Support on tender submissions and related coordination
5. Record keeping of all BD documents (soft and hard documentation)

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Graduation in any field. Masters in any field.

2. Tech Skills: MS Word, PowerPoint

3. Core Skills: Tracking of BD deals.

4. Proven, robust work done with 3-5 years in BD with a real estate developer.

Energetic & go getter with good communication skills to extract ground level intelligence.

6. Should have valuable sense of time management, planning & organizing.

7. Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers.

8. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills

9. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed individual with a high level of initiative and a can do’ attitude

10. Emotional maturity; highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently and having a strong sense of ownership

11. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving
