For Manager (FDD): We are looking at candidates having 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence from Big 6 or other boutique advisory firms.

What are we looking for in you?

We believe that it is important that you can be trustworthy. You should have a curious and positive mind, have an eye for detail, enthusiastic and coachable and easy to collaborate with. Other skills we are looking for are articulation skills, thorough analytical ability and having a good commercial understanding of businesses

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

a)Providing investors with comfort on their investments by analyzing and validating their investments.

b)Review and analysis of historical trading performance, balance sheets and cash flow.

c)Demonstrate a thorough understanding of IGAAP/ IND-AS. Understanding US GAAP is a bonus though not compulsory.

d)Preparing sustainable earnings of business, net debt of the company and normalized working capital of the business.





e)You are well versed with working in MS Excel and Power Point. Having knowledge of working with Power Query and Power Pivot is a bonus and preferred.

f)Assisting your senior colleagues in analyzing and summarizing key observations and presenting them in form of a report.

g)Collaborating with other teams like tax teams, bankers, valuation experts, etc.
