Role & responsibilities:

- Conduct Current Hire Training (NHT) and regularly review/update training content.
- Deliver refresher trainings based on identified learning needs.
- Prepare training plans, reports, dashboards, and support SOP/cross-training material development.
- Create and update training content to align with process and client requirements.
- Design and deliver client-specific training programs using project and quality inputs.
- Analyze QA trends and conduct targeted individual/group coaching sessions.
- Facilitate assessments, certifications, role-plays, and remediation programs.
- Define training goals, track completion milestones, and support hiring and engagement initiatives when required.

Criteria:

- Graduates from any stream or Global Equivalent degree.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- time management skills and Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
