Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Services Consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The consultant will work directly with customers to design, implement, integrate, and support IAM/PAM platforms that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

IAM Responsibilities

- Design and implement IAM solutions including user lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Configure and support authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, federation, and directory services.
- Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
- Conduct access reviews, governance assessments, and compliance audits.
- Develop workflows, connectors, and custom integrations.

PAM Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure PAM solutions for privileged account management.
- Implement privileged session monitoring and recording.
- Manage credential vaulting, password rotation, and privileged access workflows.
- Integrate PAM solutions with target systems, cloud platforms, databases, and applications.
- Assist customers in developing privileged access policies and security controls.

Professional Services Activities

- Gather customer requirements and conduct discovery workshops.




- Create solution designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
- Lead customer deployments and migration projects.
- Provide knowledge transfer and administrator training.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts:
- Authentication
- Authorization
- RBAC
- SSO
- MFA
- Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

- Strong understanding of PAM concepts:

- Privileged account management
- Credential vaulting
- Session management
- Least privilege
- Just-In-Time (JIT) access

- Experience with one or more IAM/PAM platforms:

- CyberArk
- BeyondTrust
- Delinea
- SailPoint
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Ping Identity

- Knowledge of:

- Active Directory / LDAP
- Windows and Linux administration
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- REST APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell)
- Security and compliance frameworks

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3 years of IAM/PAM implementation experience.
