- Support B2B business development by identifying, researching, and engaging prospects across brokers, banks, startups, and enterprises through outbound channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute initiatives, manage CRM and analytics tools (Zoho Suite), and streamline business-as-usual processes using AI tools
