We are hiring candidates with experience in International Voice Process to handle customer queries and claims-related interactions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound vendor/customer calls and emails
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations using claims-related information
- Escalate unresolved issues and keep supervisors informed
- Maintain detailed call logs and documentation
- Support reporting and data analysis activities
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 1-7 years in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Note: Candidates with blended process experience will not be eligible
