About the Role

The Sleep Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Retail HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR analytics, HR projects, process improvement, and strategic HR initiatives while working closely with the Retail HR function.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Retail HR team in maintaining and analyzing HR MIS and workforce reports.
- Assist in the execution and tracking of HR projects and recent HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain HR data.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business reviews.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives across the retail business.




- Assist in process improvement and implementation of new HR initiatives.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing HR activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Post Graduate pursuing (HR) students available for a 6-month full-time internship.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
