Development of physical and functional prototypes for Tread Pattern by converting design concepts into working models and test-ready assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and assemble physical (3D Print) and functional prototypes (Hand Carving).
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for functional prototype fabrication.
- Operate and support CNC machining and workshop activities.
- Assist in prototype testing, modifications, and validation.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve prototype performance.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- ITI / Diploma, or related field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software, preferably Siemens NX.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with HMI concepts and applications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work hands-on in creating a prototype of tread pattern.
Preferred:
- Experience in prototype development and model making.
- Knowledge of tire regrooving and retreading processes is an added advantage.
Freshers with relevant technical skills and hands-on aptitude are encouraged to apply.
