AI Security Specialist / AI Security Lead

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Compensation: 40 to 50 LPA + Performance Bonus

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced AI Security Specialist / AI Security Lead to establish and lead our enterprise AI Security program. You'll secure Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications, AI Agents, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms while defining security standards for next-generation AI products.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Security, and AI Governance, helping shape how secure AI systems are built and deployed at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement enterprise AI Security Strategy and Governance.
- Secure LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and AI platforms.
- Conduct AI Threat Modeling, AI Red Teaming, and Security Assessments.
- Identify and mitigate Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, Model Poisoning, Adversarial ML, Model Theft, and AI Supply Chain risks.
- Establish Secure AI Development Lifecycle (SAI-SDLC) practices.
- Implement AI Guardrails, DLP, Model Access Controls, Secrets Management, and AI Monitoring.
- Build AI Security Detection and Incident Response capabilities.
- Evaluate third-party AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise,



Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure AI solutions.
