Job Title: IBC Intern (Insolvency & Bankruptcy)

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) team. This internship provides practical exposure to insolvency resolution processes, liquidation assignments, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation assignments.
- Support in drafting notices, reports, minutes, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), NCLT orders, and related laws.
- Review financial and legal documents for insolvency assignments.
- Assist in preparing claims, documentation, and case records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Resolution Professionals, legal counsels, and other stakeholders.




- Maintain assignment documentation and ensure timely updates.

Eligibility

- Final-year or recent graduate in B.Com, BBA, LLB, BBA LLB, BA LLB, CA Intermediate, CS, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Interest in insolvency, restructuring, corporate laws, and financial advisory.
