- Industry: Restaurant / Retail
- Lead a team of Designers
- Evaluate the site for the project feasibility and also check the timeframe required for project completion.
- Check Technical feasibility, infrastructure requirement.
- Coordinate with the Project Managers to resolve any query or clarity required.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to understand their requirement.
- Ensure the designs and drawings are completed on time and are as per the stipulation and the guidelines.
- Analyze each and every project to ensure improvisation on the next project and communicate the same to the team.
- Submit BOQ along with the designs & drawings
- Audit site during project stage and also post completion audit is mandatory.
- Coordinate with the Functional Heads and the Management in explaining the design efficiency.
- Coordinate with MEP / Civil / HVAC / Fire Safety Consultants
- Ensure the designs adhere to all the Statutory rules and compliances
