Role & responsibilities

1. Structure Development & Analysis Conduct structure analysis and comparative analysis of flexible packaging laminates and films. Support for testing of innovative and sustainable packaging structures. Evaluate barrier properties, seal performance, mechanical properties, and functional characteristics. Handle and test barrier evaluation machines and related analytical equipment.

2. Testing & Validation Perform raw material testing and finished laminate evaluation. Conduct Blueloop/recycled material testing and performance mapping. Carry out shelf-life and stability studies as per customer requirements (up to 12 years). Support plant trials, validation studies, and troubleshooting activities.

Test customer complaint samples and identify root causes for key projects.

3. Instrument & Laboratory Management Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for laboratory machines and instruments. Raise PRs (Purchase Requisitions) for AMC and laboratory requirements. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations, servicing, calibration, and maintenance. Ensure calibration and validation compliance of lab instruments. Support NABL documentation upkeep and laboratory compliance activities.

Data Management & Reporting Perform data mapping, analysis, and technical documentation. Prepare test reports, comparative summaries, validation reports, and customer support data. Maintain records related to testing, calibration, stability studies, and technical evaluations.

5. Technical Support & Coordination Provide technical support to manufacturing plants for troubleshooting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain. Support customer projects through testing, analysis, and technical recommendations. Manage vendor and supply coordination for laboratory consumables and equipment.
