We are looking for Sr. HR Executive to join our HR team and take ownership of key employee lifecycle processes.
Location: Mumbai

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete Onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees.
2. Design and drive 30-60-90 Day Engagement & Evaluation Programs for new joiners.
3. Coordinate and monitor the Background Verification (BGV) process.
4. Plan and conduct New Joiner Induction & Training sessions.
5. Track and evaluate Probation Assessments, ensuring timely feedback and confirmations.
6. Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports with high accuracy.
7. Handle the complete Offboarding & Exit Management process, including clearances and documentation.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding, probation, and exit-related activities.
9. Continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.

What We are Looking For:
36 years of experience in HR Operations.




Solid hands-on experience in Onboarding, Induction, Training, Probation Management and Offboarding.
Experience in managing Background Verification (BGV).
Good understanding of 30-60-90 Day Plans and probation evaluation processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR MIS and reporting.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRMS platforms (Keka experience will be an added advantage).

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and execution skills.
