Oversee and ensure annual review , consolidation & board approval of all policy documents for MSME portfolio & Monitor portfolio level guardrails

- Ensure policy version control , documentation and audit traceability
- Portfolio review and monitoring monitor key trends across budgeted numbers , delinquency KPIs , portfolio level loss and vintage targets
- Design recent program/product policy in collaboration with product and business teams with clearly defined No-go cut-offs, portfolio/program trigger guardrails
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and stress tests to assess impact of macroeconomic or sectoral factors.
- Reviewing emerging risk trends, early mortality and top delinquent accounts.
- Closely monitor watchlist pool basis EWS framework




- Own and oversee BRE policy automation and maintenance including deployment accuracy, validation and monitoring.
- Monitoring the Internal Monitoring Guardrails and Risk Appetite Statement approved by the Committees.
- Drive risk-based pricing frameworks and review risk-adjusted returns.
- Reviewing existing and enhancements in credit policies and provide recommendation to mitigate credit risk stakeholders.
- Preparation and Presentation of MSME Portfolio decks, agenda notes and minutes to Internal Stakeholders and Committees.
