- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Minimum 1+ years of AR Dental Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
- Knowledge about Dental Terminology, CDT codes (Current Dental Terminology), and standard claim processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:

- Undergraduate or Graduate.
