Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for obtaining the best and cost effective packaging for existing and new products. Observing, analyzing and research packaging line operation to develop and implement scientific and efficient process.

Essential Qualifications

Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) or equivalent. For Plastic components/Packaging & moulds, CIPET degree can be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new moulds for rigid packaging products, ensuring design meets customer requirements and company standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

- Conduct feasibility studies on current product designs, analyzing costs, materials, and manufacturability.





- Design and develop moulds using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) to meet production needs.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards throughout the development process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Mould Development or Packaging Development with expertise in Rigid Packaging.

- Strong understanding of material science, plastic injection molding processes, and mould design principles.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar tools; knowledge of other CAD packages an asset.
