Role Overview:

As a Wealth Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth while acting

as a trusted financial partner to clients. This role combines calling and field sales, client

relationship management, and advisory-driven selling. You will be responsible for acquiring

new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing directly to the companys

revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive business growth by sourcing recent leads through outbound calls, field activities,

referrals, and structured prospecting methods.

* Market and sell insurance, mutual fund,



and health solutions in line with organizational

guidelines and client requirements.

* Manage existing client portfolios through regular follow-ups, renewals, and

identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

* Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by assessing financial objectives

and delivering appropriate wealth solutions.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets in alignment with company

sales objectives.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and

performance metrics.
