Key Responsibilities:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, and waste elimination projects.
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP).
- Facilitate root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support standardization of processes, work instructions, and best practices across departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track improvement initiatives.




- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Solid analytical, data interpretation, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
