Job Title: Project Director Exhibition

Role Overview

The Project Director is responsible for the overall strategy, planning, execution, and commercial success of an exhibition. This role leads cross-functional teams, drives revenue growth, and ensures delivery of a high-quality experience for exhibitors and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Define event vision, positioning, and growth strategy
- Identify market opportunities and industry trends
- Own full P&L; and revenue targets
- Drive exhibitor sales, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Develop pricing strategies and sales plans
- Build relationships with key exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Act as senior point of contact for high-value clients
- Engage with industry bodies and media
- Lead end-to-end execution from planning to delivery
- Ensure alignment across sales, marketing,



and operations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
- Guide marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Drive visitor acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Ensure exhibitor and visitor satisfaction

Reports to: Business Vertical Head

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Qualifications

- 5 – 7 years of experience in exhibitions/events or related industry
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
- Experience in P&L; management and revenue generation
- Bachelor’s degree required
