Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, and training programs for the data center operations team.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO) and regulatory requirements through internal audits.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of ADIS, HIRA, ISO audit processes.
- Proven track record in managing projects from concept to completion while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
