--Role & responsibilities
1. Prospect Identification and Database Building
Identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, online research, business directories, industry databases and company websites.
Research target industries such as hospitality, healthcare, corporate offices, commercial real estate, malls, manufacturing and institutional facilities.
Identify relevant decision-makers, including:
1. Facility Managers
2. Chief Engineers
3. Purchase and Procurement Managers
4. Administration Heads
5. Operations Managers
6. Property Managers
7. General Managers
Collect and verify company details, contact numbers, email addresses, locations and decision maker information.
Maintain an organized and updated prospect database.
Remove duplicate, inaccurate and irrelevant records from the database.
2. Outbound Lead Generation
Conduct out bound cold calls to introduce Accordible and its service offerings. Send introductory emails, service presentations and professional follow-up messages.
Use LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to connect with potential clients.
Follow assigned calling lists, target industries and geographical markets.
Generate current enquiries through structured and consistent outreach.
Follow up with prospects who have shown initial interest but have not yet confirmed a meeting
Maintain professional communication during every client interaction.
3. Lead Qualification
Understand the prospects basic service requirements through structured questioning.
Collect preliminary information regarding:
Required service
Site location
Number of locations
Existing service arrangement
Requirement timeline
Frequency of service
Decision-making authority
Approximate business potential
Assess whether the prospect matches Accordibles service capabilities and target client profile.
Classify leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Follow-up or Not Relevant.
Avoid forwarding incomplete or unqualified enquiries to the sales team.
Record the reason for lead qualification or rejection.
4. Meeting and Site-Visit Coordination
Schedule calls, meetings, online presentations or site visits for qualified prospects.
Coordinate meeting availability between the prospect and the assigned sales representative.
Share complete lead information with the sales team before the meeting.
Confirm meetings with prospects and send reminders where required. Update the meeting outcome in the CRM or sales tracker.
Reschedule cancelled or postponed meetings after coordinating with the client.
5. Lead Handover
Ensure that each qualified lead is handed over with complete information.
Prepare a concise lead summary covering:
Client and company details
Decision-maker information
Service requirement
Location and number of sites
Requirement urgency
Communication history
Meeting details
Next action required
Coordinate with the Inside Sales Executive or Business Development Executive after the handover.
Provide additional prospect information wherever required.
Ensurethat there is no communication gap between lead generation and sales teams.
6. CRM and Data Management
Recordall calls, emails, responses, follow-ups and meetings in the CRM, Airtable or internal sales tracker.
Updatelead stages and next follow-up dates regularly.
Maintain accurate and complete records of prospect interactions.
Ensurethat no potential lead is missed because of delayed follow-up. Maintain data confidentiality and follow company-approved data-handling practices.
Supportthe preparation of clean and reliable lead reports for management review.
7. Follow-Up Management
Maintain a structured follow-up calendar for all active prospects.
Follow up with Warm and Cold leads at appropriate intervals.
Reconnect with prospects whose requirements have been postponed. Track prospects who have asked to be contacted at a later date.
Maintain persistence without using aggressive or unprofessional communication.
Escalate high-potential or urgent requirements to the Team Lead immediately.
8. Market Research
Research new industries, client categories and geographical markets.
Identify companies opening new hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, malls or corporate facilities.
Collect basic market information regarding client requirements and competitor services.
Share relevant market observations with the Team Lead.
Identify new prospecting sources and lead-generation platforms
9. Target Achievement
Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
Maintain the required number of calls, emails, LinkedIn connections and follow-ups.
Achieve targets related to qualified leads and meetings scheduled.
Improve lead-to-meeting conversion through better research and qualification.
Maintain consistency in prospecting and pipeline creation.
Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of generated leads
10. Reporting
Maintain a daily record of calls, connected calls, emails, follow-ups and meetings.
Submit daily and weekly lead-generation reports.
Report the number of:
New prospects identified
Calls completed
Decision-makers contacted
Interested prospects
Qualified leads
Meetings scheduled
Follow-ups pending
Highlight challenges such as incorrect data, low connection rates or recurring objections.
Participate in sales review meetings and share updates on assigned activities
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
1-2years of experience in lead generation, B2B tele-calling, inside sales, customer acquisition or business development support.
Experience in facility management, hospitality services, manpower supply, HVAC, technical services or other B2B service industries will be an advantage.
Basicunderstanding of lead generation, sales funnels and lead qualification.
Workingknowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email tools, LinkedIn and online research.
Familiarity with CRM systems or Airtable will be preferred.
