Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns related to financial services.
- Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in an international call center environment or BPO voice process.
- Proficiency in handling domestic voice processes (US/UK) with excellent English language proficiency.
- Robust understanding of international sales principles, including cross-cultural communication skills.
