We are hiring for Equity Research -Global Markets with 3–5 years of experience for a leading global financial research organization. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in Equity Research, Valuation, Financial Modelling, Ratio Analysis, VBA Excel, Macros, Datastream, and Investment Research who are passionate about supporting investment strategies and generating actionable market insights.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain performance forecasting models for various asset classes using advanced Excel.
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive financial and macroeconomic databases to support research activities.
- Support the European Equity Strategy team in generating investment recommendations across equity indices, sectors, countries, and investment styles.
- Analyse macroeconomic trends and contribute to thematic research reports and periodic publications.
- Assist in research report writing and provide analytical support for daily workflow and ad-hoc client requests.
- Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency across research deliverables.

Requirements

- CA,MBA (Finance), or CFA with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Valuation, Ratio Analysis, Financial Modelling, VBA Excel, Macros, and Datastream.
- Experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, or Capital Markets.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain forecasting models and financial databases.
- Strong analytical,



communication, and report-writing skills with the ability to work in a quick-paced global environment.
