1. As a Senior Ping Identity Engineer, you will:

- Administer and support PingAM, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID across enterprise IAM/CIAM environments.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, configuration management, policy updates, migration support, and post-deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot LDAP, replication, authentication, certificate, and performance-related issues.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks using Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage authentication flows, application integrations, SSO, and API-based integrations.
- Support cloud-native deployments, monitoring, logging, and platform health using modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure and highly available identity solutions.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Ping Identity Administration,



or Identity Platform Engineering.
- Strong expertise in PingAM, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID, and preferably PingFederate.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, LDAP, SSL/TLS Certificates, authentication protocols, networking, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell/PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
- Strong troubleshooting, release management, documentation, and incident management skills.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:

- Manage and optimize enterprise Ping Identity platforms.
- Execute platform upgrades, migrations, automation, and CI/CD deployments.
- Troubleshoot authentication, LDAP, and identity platform issues.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, logging, and automation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
