Hiring: Sourcing Specialist Corporate Trainer Recruitment

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist with expertise in hiring Corporate Trainers. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing and recruitment skills, excellent communication, and experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in hiring Corporate Trainers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Define job descriptions and recruitment specifications.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source senior-level and highly specialized Corporate Trainers for client requirements.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.




- Assist in the interview and selection process.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and share weekly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, incentives, and joining formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Manage onboarding activities, including document collection and induction.
- Handle and maintain the company's HRMS.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports (new joiners, transfers, exits, etc.).
- Respond to employee and candidate queries, escalating complex issues to the Head – Human Resources when required.
- Manage recruitment-related email communication and follow-ups.
- Perform additional HR and recruitment responsibilities assigned by the Head – Human Resources.
