Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop civil engineering projects for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budgets, and schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing high-rise building construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit; familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems is an asset.
