Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients, primarily utilizing Google Cloud Platform and multi-cloud environments such as Azure.
- Collaborate with Senior Solution Architects and CTOs to select optimal technologies, ensuring alignment with emerging tech trends and best practices.
- Lead discovery phases, including requirement analysis and feasibility studies, to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, providing guidance on new technologies and supporting project managers in effort estimation, cost, and risk impact analysis.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment of solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Take ownership of the delivery process, working with senior leads and project managers to ensure end-to-end development and delivery responsibilities are met.
- Ensure the robust, secure, and maintainable architecture of cloud solutions, establishing best practices for data security and compliance.
- Drive quality control and testing processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained in all project deliverables.

Requirements

- Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform and multi-cloud environments, including Azure.
- Strong experience in implementing Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture across cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.
- Proficiency in data integration and ingestion frameworks using tools like Python, Airflow, and Azure data pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale cloud data projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and modeling, with experience in unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in global enterprise consulting, with a focus on UK and US markets, is highly desirable.
