Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for an FP&A; Analyst to drive strategic financial planning and analysis across WebLife Labs, reporting to the Finance Manager.

- Lead core FP&A; processes: forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and scenario planning
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for strategic decisions, long-range planning, and investment cases
- Manage departmental and consolidated reporting with accuracy and alignment to company objectives
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Drive automation readiness by documenting and optimizing data flows, logic structures, and workflow rules
- Prepare board-level presentations highlighting financial trends, risks, and opportunities




- Mentor junior analysts reviewing deliverables, coaching on best practices, ensuring quality
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A; evaluation, cost optimization, and revenue growth analysis

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's or CFA is an advantage)
- 4 years in FP&A;, corporate finance, or analytical roles with demonstrated progression
- Strong financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and financial planning tools
- Advanced in multi-scenario modeling, driver-based forecasting, and cohort analysis
- Familiar with ERP/accounting systems (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and BI/reporting platforms
- Exposure to international teams; US/UK/EU market experience strongly preferred
- Strong communicator able to influence cross-functional leaders through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Thrives under tight deadlines, manages multiple priorities, and maintains strategic clarity
