Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export Manager to manage end-to-end import and export operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor development, logistics coordination, documentation, and customs compliance.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle complete import and export operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic as well as international vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for smooth operations.





Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in Import & Export, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping.
- Experience in vendor sourcing and vendor management.
- Positive negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
