Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals with strong knowledge in Passenger Revenue Accounting, Refunds, PRA processing, and Interline Billing operations. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in inward & outward billing, rejection/rebilling processes, and interline payable activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Revenue Refund processes accurately within SLA timelines.
- Worked in Passenger Revenue accounting (Prorate Agreement) activities.
- Manage Interline billing operations including:
- Outward Prime Billing
- Inward Prime Billing
- Rejection & Rebilling
- Interline Payable
- Process and validate inward & outward transactions.
- Handle Finnair PRA Interline processes and related revenue accounting activities.
- Perform fare, tax, and coupon validations as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners for dispute resolution.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, refunds, and settlement processes.
- Maintain quality standards and productivity metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Airline Revenue Accounting / Revenue Refunds.
- Strong understanding of:
- PRA
- Interline processes
- Prime Billing
- Rejection & Rebilling
- Interline Payable
- Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare construction, and refund procedures.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in GDS or airline back-office operations is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum relevant experience in airline revenue accounting/interline domain.
- Exposure to Finnair PRA Interline processes will be an added advantage.
- Notice period / immediate joiners.
